Cristan Sutton Joins PC Bank with 11 years experience in the Mortgage Industry. Her experience in the wholesale lending world started in 1997 as a Processor and she quickly moved to the world of originating loans. She eventually became a start up manager, bringing her enthusiasm, experience and success to the branches she developed and managed.
Cristan brings strong insight to the construction and rehabilitation aspect to lending as she was the General Contractor and Business Manager of her families construction company from 1993 to 2007.
Cristan has made serving the communities she works and plays in a priority. She has been a long standing member of The Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors, serving on the affiliate council for over 5 yrs, and in 2005 she was awarded the Affiliate of the Year for her service to TPCAR and Its community events. In addition to serving the Realtor community, she is also a regular volunteer at her daughters' schools in Lacey, and she and her family are ATV outdoor enthusiasts who devote four long weekends a year to promoting and assisting in the cleanups of the areas that they ride.
Her biggest priority is providing her customers with superior customer service, the tools they need to make good choices and loan options they can live with!
